• Presentation of the course programme
• Brief “tour de table” of students, reasons for the choice of this laboratory and their expectations
• Introduction to the Project Management Methodology (PMM):
a) The project management cycle from initiating to the closing
b) PMM terminology
c) The Human Right Approach (HRA)
Friday 10 November Aula 2 A (building Psicologia 2)
• Presentation of case studies as ideas for initiating projects
• Brain storming in plenary on the relevance of the case studies
• Setting working groups and continuation of brainstorming within the groups sharing ideas and experiences, in particular related to psychological inputs to their project
Friday 17 November Aula 2 A (building Psicologia 2)
• Working Groups start designing their project and preparing a short concept note with a problem analysis and a description of the main ideas and best types of activities
• Concept notes are presented in plenary and discussed at the presence of an expert (to be confirmed)
Friday 24 November Aula 2 A (building Psicologia 2)
• Working groups start planning the projects’ implementation with the use of a logframe, including a workplan and a description of activities
Friday 1 December Aula 2 A (building Psicologia 2)
• Working groups continue the planning of the projects and estimates the cost of the project
• Measures to evaluate the impact will be also discussed
• On line meeting with an expert to discuss good practices / problems solving (to be confirmed)
Friday 15 December Aula 2 A (building Psicologia 2)
• Projects presentations and review in plenary (30 minutes each project)
Friday 22 December Aula 2 A (building Psicologia 2)
• Feed back by students on the relevance of the laboratory for their studies and work, suggestions for improvements
