design, implementation and evaluation of concrete

• to facilitate the work of psychologists with both individuals and

The laboratory aims at developing a critical thinking towards cooperation project’ s design, implementation and evaluation, which applies psychological inputs and takes into consideration the sustainable development goals 2030, in particular, gender equality, reduced inequalities, healthy lives and wellbeing for all
Students will be provided with basic concepts of project management methodology; Each group will be then guided towards preparing a check list for initiating and planning a project; a stakeholder’s mapping to identify the specific vulnerable groups from the project’s perspective; to design activities, outputs and outcomes to deliver sustainable changes for the particular stakeholder(s); to identify the psychological support needs and appropriate interventions.
Each group of students will be given a case study to build the project proposal,which takes into account the added value of a psychological contribution, such as: addressing mental health awareness in prisons; the active involvement of men and boys in combating domestic violence and violence against women; addressing psychological consequences of violence against migrants through community intervention .
At the end each group will prepare a project description, a work-plan of activities and a budget. Measures to evaluate the impact and prospects of sustainability will be also discussed with experts in presence or online (from international organisations and civil society, or representatives of vulnerable groups).
All participants will contribute to the laboratory with their own personal and professional experience, as well as their cultural background

• Presentation of case studies as ideas for initiating projects
• Brain storming in plenary on the relevance of the case studies
• Setting working groups and continuation of brainstorming within the groups sharing ideas and experiences, in particular related to psychological inputs to their project
Friday 17 November Aula 2 A (building Psicologia 2)
• Working Groups start designing their project and preparing a short concept note with a problem analysis and a description of the main ideas and best types of activities
• Concept notes are presented in plenary and discussed at the presence of an expert (to be confirmed)
Friday 24 November Aula 2 A (building Psicologia 2)
• Working groups start planning the projects’ implementation with the use of a logframe, including a workplan and a description of activities
Friday 1 December Aula 2 A (building Psicologia 2)
• Working groups continue the planning of the projects and estimates the cost of the project
• Measures to evaluate the impact will be also discussed
• On line meeting with an expert to discuss good practices / problems solving (to be confirmed)
